Pricing questions
What happens when the 14 days are up?
Nothing is deleted. Your account switches to read-only — you and your clients keep full access to everything already there, but creating new requests, clients or templates (and receiving new uploads) waits until you move to Professional.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card and doesn't auto-charge — there's nothing to cancel. You only add payment details if you decide to move to Professional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like — your data and completed requests stay put, and your account simply returns to read-only.
Can I add my team?
Professional lets you invite teammates into your organization; the trial is single-user, so that's one of the three things it holds back.
What happens to my documents if I hit the storage limit?
Existing documents stay safe. New uploads are paused until you free up space or move to Professional's 20 GB.
